A family house founded in 1270, Frapin is above all a great name in cognac, renowned for its deep roots in the Charente terroir. By creating a line of perfumes, the house chose to extend this art of living: warm fragrances inspired by the world of cognac, wood, spices, and noble materials. Each creation reflects the same commitment to quality and refinement that has earned Frapin its reputation in the world of fine spirits.
Born from the vision of Christian Paindavoine, a veteran of luxury perfumery in the 1980s and 1990s, Harold & Maude was created to give fragrance an emotive and narrative dimension. He gathered a creative team to infuse the brand with a contemporary spirit. The fragrances are signed by Nejla Barbir, whose style brings coherence, finesse, and poetry to each creation.
